GCAC (Greater Columbus Arts Council) (b.2022)

These designs were done in conjunction with the GCAC(Greater Columbus Arts council) and the Columbus Fashion Alliance.

Annually, GCAC hosts their Fashion is Art fundraiser. This fundraiser combines art of all kinds and is a showcase of sorts for creatives in the respective fields. With that said, I felt it would be a great idea to incorporate one of the most recognizable portrait paintings of all time, and modernize it in a streetwear aesthetic. Using more modern font choices that trace back to multiple fashion houses and utilizing gradients for vibrancy. Incorporating text and logos from established brands is also a very streetwear thing to do.
